I know from experience that when a company provides a clearly written manual for a product, it does more than facilitate the use of that product—it also creates a positive perception of the company in the end user. This section contains several examples of instructions I have created for students, faculty, and staff at The Media School at Indiana University.

This one sheet was created in response to a request for a concise user guide for conference room technology and has received an overwhelmingly positive response from users:

After the conference room one sheet above drastically reduced requests for technical assistance in The Media School’s technology-enhanced conference rooms, I was asked to create a user guide for the school’s classroom technology as well.
